This is a career opportunity, not just a job.Pay: $16.50 to $28.25 hour, depending on experienceSchedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., typicallyWhy you want this job:Medical insurance options401(k) with a company match6 paid holidays3 weeks of PTOQuarterly incentive planStable companyWhat you will do:Prep project for paint by removing grease, dirt, paint, or rust from surfacesRemove accessories, such as chrome or mirrors, from vehicles and mask other surfaces with tape or paper to protect them from paintSelect/operate the correct spray gun for the material being applied, and correct paintApply the industrial automotive paint finished on various types of materialsApply rust-resistant undercoats, caulk and seal seams, and apply a sealer to properly dried vehicle finishMonitor painting operations to identify flaws and correct their causesFinishing processes such as buffing and waxingOperate lifting or moving devices to access materials needed or areas to be paintedLogo layout using stencils or patterns, be able to paint any sized partWhat you need:High School Graduate, diploma received or GEDPrefer an apprenticeship and/or formal training in the application of automotive paint but also willing to train someone who has the desire to learn and a passion for the industry And as always, there is never a charge to use our Placement Services.
