Touro University Administrative Assistant - Basic Sciences Department in Great Falls, Montana
Overview
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support and research for multiple tasks of Basic Sciences Department.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for the Basic Sciences Department, but not limited to the following:
Assists with general correspondence, memoranda, surveys, applications, scheduling appointments, meeting minutes, and testing
Handles requests for assistance and potential questions; provides information and clarification
Orders supplies for school
Fields all phone requests
Assists with letters and coordinates processing
Assists with preparation of files
Coordinates administration
Takes minutes for assigned Committee Meetings.
Assists with reports and maintains records
Compiles and tabulates statistical information
Provides liaison between departments
Performs special projects and assignments as requested by Department Chair(s).
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education/Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
1-3 years administrative experience
Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities
Strong interpersonal skills
Well organized
Able to prioritize tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point, & Outlook
