Touro University Third Year Coordinator for Clinical Rotations in Great Falls, Montana
Overview
The Third Year Coordinator will report directly to the Director of Clinical Education/Clinical Dean. The Coordinator will be responsible for collecting and processing the clinical rotations forms, maintaining rotation schedules, and the data necessary to maintain the third-year clinical rotation student files.
Responsibilities
Serves as a liaison between the school (Clinical Education) and the affiliated clinical sites
Assures that all matters reported by the clinical rotation sites/ hospital are communicated to the Director of Clinical Education/Clinical Dean
Establishes and maintains student tracking software (New Innovations)
Serves as a liaison between the student and the Department of Clinical Education
Serves as the initial/primary point of contact for the student(s)
Participates in annual department review of forms and manuals
Assists in administrative processes for the department
Works within the team environment
Other duties or responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Education/Experience
- Some college training preferred or related administrative experience
Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities
Strong analytical skills
Well organized
Able to prioritize tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook
